Three Displays, One Laptop: This Insane Laptop Has Three 4K Screens!

If you thought Acer’s Predator 21 X  — an $8,999 gaming notebook with a curved 21-inch display — was taking things a bit too far, wait till you see what Razer has in
store! It’s called the Project Valerie, “the world’s first automated triple display laptop”.

Yup! Razer’s Project Valerie is a three-headed beast of a gaming laptop.

This is what I see when I think Project Valerie

Each of the laptop’s 17.3inch displays rocks 4k resolution, which adds up to 12k in total, that is 12 times the resolution you get from your 1080p TV. Plus, the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 GPU powers all those pixels, with a total resolution of 11,520 x 2,160px across the expansive triple display setup.


The 3 screens unfold automatically when you power it on, plus it looks totally normal when the extra screens are folded in.

However, this beast of a laptop weighs about 12lbs, heavier than your average desktop computer, thereby making it a true desktop replacement material.

As amazing as Project Valerie is,  it might be destined to remain a beautiful dream, at least for consumers, but we never can tell because Razer has a long history of bringing wacky ideas to market.
